I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom, in 2021. In the same year, I served as a Teaching Fellow at the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science within the same university. Since November 2021, I have been with the Internet of Things Thrust at HKUST (Guangzhou), where I worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow until 2023. In 2023, I was also a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, Department of Engineering.

Research and Service

My research has been published in prestigious journals such as IEEE JSAC and IEEE TWC. I actively contribute to the academic community, serving as a regular reviewer for multiple journals, including IEEE JSAC, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Network, IEEE TWC, and IEEE TMC, and as a TPC member and Session Chair for IEEE ComSoc conferences. I received the Excellent Reviewer Award in 2022 and 2023 for IEEE TNSE. My current research focuses on Multi-agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL), multi-agent systems, and edge intelligence.
